• Don’t take any ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, indomethacin or any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs at least two weeks prior to treatment.
• Don’t consume alcohol for 24 hours before your treatment.
• Don’t have the treatment if you are ill. Give your immune system a chance to recover. Take some steps to detoxify your body and have an optimum platelet count. You can do this by hydrating well for a few days before the treatment and eating fewer processed foods and increase consumption of protein.
